Return Policy

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below. 

RETURNS:

You may return any unworn, free of any scents, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt for store credit or exchange if possible. A full refund will be a possibility depending on the situation. Send returns to Poppy's, LLC, 11833 Trails End, Lincoln, NE 68524.

ALL JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned. 

Once we receive your return and it meets all the qualifications, we will email you a code for Store Credit for you to use on your next purchase or get the exchange prepared or reimburse if there is a refund. We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Excessive returns may result in a restock fee.

DEFECTS:

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at renoecreations@gmail.com so that we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period or have washed or worn the item. If we deem the item(s) defective, then we can exchange for the same item if possible or you will be issued a full refund and a prepaid return label.
